2. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the services requested.
• By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

3. Payments

• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
• Late or incomplete payments may result in cancellation or penalties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Changes or Cancellations by SkyWings LLC

7. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for international travel.
• SkyWings LLC is not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
• SkyWings LLC is not liable for any costs arising from events not covered by insurance.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• SkyWings LLC acts as an agent between clients and third-party travel service providers.
• We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• SkyWings LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from travel arrangements.

10. Client Conduct

• Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during their travels.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for clients who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Middlesex County, MA.

12. Updates to Terms

SkyWings LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.
